SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed in 1-3 days and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

If out of stock, production times are generally as follows:

3-5 business days for Lynx Greeting Cards, 7-10 business days for Prints and 10-14 business days for Apparel, Stickers and Felt Weave Greeting Cards. Please note that processing times may be extended if an item is temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you promptly of any delays.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the postal service.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a range of flat rate shipping fees based on the products you have purchased. At checkout, please select the appropriate shipping option that matches with your order. ReLove By Love LLC gladly covers insurance for shipments through USPS. If you’re in Missoula, Montana, we offer a LOCALS deal for a free pickup option offered at Checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, shipping will be charged separately for these states.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages if items are backordered and delayed. You will receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking information for each package.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during transit. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:

Inspect & Document Damage

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you discover that your order is damaged upon opening the package, please document the damage by taking clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Contact Us

Please contact us at hello@reloveart.com within 10 days of receiving your order to report any damage or loss. Be sure to include your order number and attach photos of the damage for our review.

File a Claim with the Carrier

We will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the shipping carrier to seek compensation for the damaged or lost items. Please retain all original packaging materials and documentation as they may be required to file a successful claim.

Resolution

Once the claim has been filed with the carrier, we will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide you with a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement of the damaged items or a refund.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in the rare event of a damaged or lost shipment. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.

RETURN POLICY

Unhappy with your purchase? We gladly accept online returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Please note that items returned after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be in undamaged and clean condition.

To initiate a return, simply email hello@reloveart.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the return process. Just repackage the item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Upon acceptance of your return, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your original method of payment.
