FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU MAKE ART WITH DRIED FLOWERS?

The flowers can only be pressed if still fresh. Flowers and foliage are first pressed (there are a number of various methods) then once fully dried, are able to be adhered to the artwork.

Once flowers are dried, they cannot be pressed to use in the art. However, any dried flowers get placed on a drying rack and used in packaging!

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US AND CANADA?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. For more information on shipping, click here.

DO THE FLOWERS STAY THE SAME COLOR FOREVER?

Unfortunately, no. Certain flowers and leaves hold their vibrancy and color longer than others, but they will fade over the years. The art is best preserved when hung out of direct sunlight and in drier environments.

IS ALL OF YOUR WORK REPURPOSED/RELOVED?

All flowers (except for a few picked in the garden), windows, mirrors and canvases are repurposed. All wooden frames are hand built with repurposed barn wood by the talented Larry with Pyramid Woodworking. A select few frames you’ll find handcrafted by artist, Alex and her lovely partner, Tyson.
